Instinora

A management system for schools and colleges. One place for admissions, attendance, fees, and communication. I designed and built it from scratch.

The problem

Schools and colleges use many separate tools and spreadsheets to run daily work: admissions, attendance, fees, marks, and messages to parents. Instinora puts all of this in one system, and each school gets its own private space. It is built for India first, and ready to expand to other countries.

What I did

• Each school's data is fully separate and private. Staff get different access levels — owner, admin, teacher, student.
• Separate sections for admissions, attendance, fees, academics, and announcements. Each one can grow on its own.
• Built to work in different countries from day one — school structures, currencies, and billing can be set per region.

Role

I did everything myself: product design, system design, backend, and frontend.
